Intake Coordinators assist with everything from answering questions from callers, visitors, or senior center guests to assisting with paperwork and applications. Intake staff members respond to requests from residents, their family members, or other interested parties regarding aging services. They also screen requests to determine when a referral for in-home services may be appropriate.
Support Groups & Resources for
Residents With Vision or Hearing Impairments
Our coordinators can help locate various support groups or connect consumers with resources for those with vision or hearing impairments. When intake coordinators determine that Blair Senior Services, Inc. is unable to help, they will make referrals to other agencies offering the needed assistance.
